Physical accessibility

Disabled access

The Surgery has been specially designed to make it easier for disabled patients to visit. There are no steps at the entrance of the building giving patients easy access, and we have a patient lift to the first floor. If you have a disability and you require assistance, please ask at Reception where one of our receptionists will be pleased to help you.

Disabled Toilets

A disabled toilet is located on the ground floor.

Guide Dogs

Guide dogs are welcome at the Practice but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.

Please visit the guide dog website for further information.

How to make a complaint

Your comments are important.  Please contact us directly, or place any suggestions in the box in the waiting room.  We will try to resolve any minor issues informally.

Please address any written complaint to Jo Lloyd-Davies, Practice Manager.

Where a complaint is by a third party, and the complaint or enquiry is related to someone else, the written consent of the Data Subject (patient) is required. Where this is not possible full justification must be given.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days, and a response provided within 21 days.

If you remain dissatisfied following our response you may contact The Health Ombudsman and ask them to review your complaint.
