Improve your Health & Wellbeing

One You Plymouth

OneYou Plymouth offers excellent on-line advice about losing weight, drinking less, reducing smoking, dealing with stress, sleeping better and getting more active. There are links to useful resources, lots of local walks you can take part in and you can book an appointment online with a wellbeing practitioner.

We are a preventative service that has a physical presence across every neighbourhood in Plymouth. We support over 1200 people over the age of 50 and champion their continued independent living in their own home but we are not a provider of domiciliary or enabling support.

We deliver over 70 innovative health and social engagement activities and provide volunteers to support our more vulnerable, frail and socially isolated beneficiaries in their homes. We also support over 130 people who have MCI or dementia related illness.

The Elder Tree Service
The Elder Tree offer support and friendship with social engagement activities, helping over 50s in Plymouth live full and independent lives. They offer a low impact programme of physical activity.
