The GPs are working differently to avoid unnecessary visits to the surgery. GP’s are triaging patients first by telephone, if a face to face is needed the GP will arrange.

We also offer routine telephone/video consultations in the evening and at weekends  via PushDoctor.

You can get in touch using an Online Consultation (eConsult) and you will be contacted by the surgery within 2 working days of submitting your request. If you need a sick note please request one via eConsult or email/writing to the practice with full information.

Stay safe.

Online Access

We use a system called Patient Access for online access. You can still click on the prescription and appointment boxes below as this will take you to Patient Access to request your repeat prescription or appointments. You will need log-in details specific to you, so please contact Reception for your log-in details. Thank you.

Registering with Patient Access also gives you the ability to access other areas of your health record.  If you would like access to your detailed coded medical record then please enquire at reception.  You will be asked to complete an agreement.  The Doctor will check your suitability for access to this part of your record.

N.B.  Your medical record is designed to be used by clinical professionals to ensure that you receive the best possible care.  Some of the information within your medical record may be highly technical, written by specialist and not easily understood.

The practice has the right to remove online access to services. This is rarely necessary but may be the best option if you do not use them responsibly or if there is evidence that access may be harmful to you.  This may occur if someone else is forcing you to give them access to your record or if the record may contain something that may be upsetting or harmful to you.  The practice will explain the reason for withdrawing access to you and will re-instate access as quickly as possible.
